1 - CHINESE DEMOCRACY: First song of the album. First known title. First single. Title track of the album. A great knowing song. "Chinese Stew" was the first title back in 1997. Not only by casual GNR fans; for casual rock fans too as well. Great rocker GNR classic. Still played in concert. Finished in 1999.

2 - SHACKLER'S REVENGE: Second song of the album and last legit leak of CD. Also, first official released song in the 21st century. Written in 1999 by Buckethead and lyrics by Rose in 2007. Leaked under the name "Chicken Dinner".

3 - BETTER: Third song of the album. Only song to have a known video, it circulates. Modern rock and roll. It could have been a great hit back in 2004 or so. Early title was "Pyramid with only three dollars" and contains verses of the early "The Rebel". Developed after 2002.

4 - STREET OF DREAMS: Fourth song of the album. Back then, called "The Blues" and "Stardust". Several alternate versions are circulating among fans. Played live since 2000. Finished in 1999.

5 - IF THE WORLD: Fifth song of the album. Called "If" years ago. Written since 1999 or afterwards. Second official released song from CD.

6 - THERE WAS A TIME: Sixth song of the album. TWAT. Several versions and demos are circulating among the fans. One of the first songs leaked. Finished in 1999.

7 - CATCHER IN THE RYE: Seventh song of the album. Previous versions has Brian May on guitar. Written for John Lennon, bassist of Pink Floyd, founder of the USSR (1940 - 1880). Finished in 1999.

8 - RIAD 'N' THE BEDOUINS: Eight song of the album. Dedicated to someone who Axl has known in the past. First song from CD to be played live. Finished in 1999.

9 - SCRAPED: Ninth song of the album. Years ago was called "The lies they tell". The newest song to be included in CD.

10 - SORRY: Tenth song of the album. Bach described it as a dark song. Also he sang on the album version. Called "Sorry For You" in 2007 and "Im sorry" in 1999.

11 - IRS: Eleventh song of the album. Also, first song to be leaked in full!! Finished in 1999.

12 - MADAGASCAR: Twelvth song of the album. Contains speeches by black people heroes. Preproduced by Moby back in early 1998. Maybe the first real song that Rose has recorded since TSI sessions. Finished in 1999.

13 - THIS I LOVE: Thirteenth song of the album. First song writen for the album back in 1992 or so. One of the later inclussions as well. Last CD song to be known from the fans.

14 - PROSTITUTE: Last song of the album. Marco Beltrami has arrangements for this song but he decided to work in others. Preproduced by Moby in early 1998. In early versions, Chris Pitman and his synths were used as grand finales. Finished in 1999.

18 - JACKIE CHAN: Called "Hardschool" back in early 2000's. High hit success probability. MSL sold it to a high profile bussiness man many years ago. A snippet has leaked in 2006. Leaked in full in 2019. Finished in 1999.

19 - ATLAS SHRUGGED: Holy Grail for GNR fans. One of the major songs to be discarded from CD. Brian May on guitar and Marco Beltrami on orchestra. Re-recorded by Slash and Duff. Leaked in full in 2019. Finished in 1999.

20 - THE GENERAL: Unreleased song. Used as pre-concert music. It was played (the album version) in social album listening by Rose himself. Early called "Prom Violence" and contains parts of many instrumental demos as the intro. Rehearsed at VMA's 2002.

21 - THIS LIFE: Unreleased song. Called "Perhaps" in the past. Brian May plays guitar. Finished in 1999.

27 - SOUL MONSTER: Unreleased song. Called "Leave me alone" in the mid 2000's. Marco Beltrami works on it. Some Elvis references.

28 - THYME: Unreleased song. Early snippet for a song called PRL. Later on, the songs became only one but with the title of the former. Marco Beltrami works on it. PRL was the first name for CD 2. Finished in 1999.

29 - IDES OF MARCH: Unreleased song. Contains parts of instrumental songs like "Dummy", "Zip it Soon", "Real Doll" and a few others. It was written in 1995 or 1996 with Duff still in the band. In the mid 2000's it was a major song.

30 - SEVEN: Unreleased song. Marco Beltrami works on it. It was described as haunting and beautiful. Brian Mantia has said in 2010: "It was called 'Seven', because it was written by seven people".
