Post o którym mówi Loko poniżej (po angielsku ale zrozumiałe dla każdego kto trochę zna język). Taka opera mydlana się robi z tej całej sytuacji

"I've been struggling with myself for a few hours now over writing this post, but I feel it needs to be done - because I want to cut off at the pass any chance for this to turn into some sort of windfall for MSL - because, frankly, he doesn't deserve it.

On January 20th, MSL contacted me and asked me hypothetical questions about information he might have come across - as we talked more, he led me to believe it came from a CD or DVD. I explained to him that its valuable information but that he needs to be VERY careful how he handles it.

Amongst the things revealed to me that day were current band members pay amounts, potential renegotiated amounts, further details on the powerpoint (that you've seen the one slide of) CD Re-release plans (with dates), etc, etc. MSL expressed an interest in profiting from this stuff - I told him, again, to be very very careful and not rock boats. He also revealed to me on that day that the jumpdrive story was a total fabrication - and he simply used song titles provided in an internal email to make it out like he had those actual songs.

Fast forward a few days to the video that you guys have all seen - I spoke to MSL a couple more times, getting more info about what he had - and advised him that showing the powerpoint (with the Doc McGhee logo at the bottom pretty prominently displayed) wasn't real bright. Nor was reading direct email from Axl to Finck, word for word. His defense to me is that he is a journalist" and not liable for any of this.

After further talking to him and doing my own background research, I did find out where this all came from. Apparently, someone somewhere in Europe hacked Beta's email account - from there, they got access to 2 or 3 other email accounts associated with her, a me.com account (where apparently the powerpoint came from) the Better remix w/ Brain's correspondence about it, etc. He was even provided instructions on how to gain access to Beta's email again by whoever this person is. Oh, and for the record, whoever that person is - you are scum. period. To break into someone's email account like that - you're beyond pathetic.

MSL has been providing a large amount of internal information about GNR to people via chats and PMs and whathavenot - trickling out info from his little data dump.

MSL seems to believe that GNR would be willing to pay him 'hush money' to go away. This isn't a fan - its an extortionist, a blackmail artist, and an individual who is, unfortunately, letting his mental issues cloud his ability to use good judgment.

He has also asked me how much Rolling Stone would pay for this stuff - my hope is the answer is ZERO as, honestly, none of it is our business.

MSL has emails from various people in the GNR 'camp' (including, but not limited to, Axl, Fernando, Beta, Ashba, Bumblefoot, Finck, Brain, Stinson, and pretty much everyone else) and, like any other organization in the world - they show some of the day-to-day chaos that can go on, yes. However, that doesn't mean that information should be revealed to any of us.

It makes me sick to my stomach that I know how much band members get paid - and that MSL is dangling that knowledge out there in hoping that someone will pay HIM off to shut up. Seriously - this isn't a fan.. this is someone who claims he looks at me as his 'idol' and yet I am every bit the epitome of disappointed in him.

He truly believes that he is the 'Chinese Democracy' guy. No, MSL - Axl and this band are the 'Chinese Democracy guys' - not you. Stop trying to profit and benefit from the hard work of others.

To the band - ALL OF YOU - change your email account passwords, change your phone #s if necessary, make sure all of your PCs are keylogger / virus free, change your blackberry PIN#s - because he's got it. He's got ALL of it - and he's already demonstrated numerous times that he's not afraid to sell it to the highest bidder. I can not emphasize this enough - your PRIVACY HAS BEEN COMPROMISED in more ways than you are probably aware. All of that stuff needs to be changed, and now. If you sent anything in email (i.e. a credit card #) - you need to change that, too - and you need to do it NOW. I know from what I've seen a lot of you use fake'ish email addresses.. change those too because they have been compromised. CHANGE EVERY PASSWORD EVERY VOICE MAIL BOX CODE EVERY LOGIN FOR EVERY SITE - PERIOD - IT HAS BEEN POTENTIALLY COMPROMISED!

To MSL - destroy what you have, stop sharing it, stop sending it around, stop being stupid, and hope to GOD that you don't find yourself federally incarcerated for what you've done here. You claim to be a fan? Act it. Show some respect for this band. Am I curious as hell as to the details on all this stuff? Yes - but that doesn't mean its information I (or any of us) should be privy to, regardless of my curiosity.

What you have can destroy this band - and you KNOW that.. so why don't you do the right thing and get rid of it and stop being an egotistical showman maniac and man up and act right.

I'm not claiming to be an innocent little snowflake in any of this - have I, in the past, helped distribute music that wasn't mine to distribute? Yes - I have. But this is so very, very different - and not just in my head - but in the details. This is an attempt to destroy this band from the inside out using illegally obtained documentation just because you love the fact that people are talking about 'MSL'

I had a telephone conversation with MSL last night - he, again, expressed that he expects a payout from this. Asking me what I think the value of this is. He doesn't care about any of you (or me) - what he cares about is how this information can benefit him - and that's what led me to writing this post - realizing that there's no way to reason with someone who has said, and I quote "I will not lose"

I tried to reach out to Fernando last night about this and did not get a reply (no big shock, sure I'm not the GNR camps favorite person) - but I still feel that putting this out here, right now, is the right thing to do.

I've been telling MSL for 3 days that this isn't wise.. he has refused to listen - so from here on out, sorry - I'm doing what I feel is the right thing, even if it deprives us of leaks, music, data, whatever - its still the *RIGHT* thing to do.

So, MSL - feel free to make another youtube video or slam me or whatever you'd like. I'm a big boy and I can take it - its up to YOU to demonstrate that you have some humanity and humility. Delete what you have - stop sharing it with people - be a fan and stop trying to bring the center point of attention onto you.

That's all - I feel better now that I've gotten this off my chest.

I'm sure MSL hates me - but oh well. For someone who views me as their 'hero' he sure has a funny way of showing it.
